Welcome to ZaaNet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZaaNet decentralized WiFi sharing platform ("Service"), operated by ZaaNet ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect at least 30 days after we give notice; other changes may take effect when we post the updated Terms. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the ZaaNet Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
ZaaNet is a decentralized WiFi sharing platform that enables hosts to monetize their internet connections and allows users to purchase internet access through vouchers. Our Service includes:
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Users purchase vouchers to access WiFi networks. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Prices are set by individual hosts and may vary.
Hosts receive payments for providing WiFi access. Payments are processed daily to registered wallet addresses via the ZaaNetPayment smart contract on Arbitrum One. A platform fee is deducted from each transaction.
Refund eligibility for voucher purchases may be subject to host policies, platform policy, and applicable law. ZaaNet processes refunds in accordance with these and applicable laws. Contact support for refund requests.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Network performance depends on various factors including host infrastructure, internet connectivity, and user location. We do not guarantee specific speeds or performance levels.
Our service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of these third-party services.
Transactions are processed on the Arbitrum blockchain. Network congestion, fees, or other blockchain-related issues may affect service functionality.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZaaNet and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings if we make that option available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZaaNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect (e.g. by email or a notice on the Service). What counts as a material change is determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
